|
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rehabilitation worker`s demographic characteristics, retirement awareness, and retirement attitude on retirement preparation of 180 rehabilitation workers in Daegu metropolitan city. The results were as follows. As a result of examining the effects of sociodemographic characteristics, rehabilitation cognition, and attitude toward retirement on the preparation of retirement, the factors influencing the preparation of retirement were marital status, work experience, retirement awareness and retirement preparation factors.
